DGCR8 and neoplasm: The pairwise tumour/NTAT analyses revealed that in 87.5% (7 out of 8) of the cPTC cases, the main finding was overexpression of DGCR8 in the tumours, with a statistically significant difference in expression (paired t-test, p < 0.05), Figure 2A. On the other hand, in FV-PTC cases and contrarily to the previous, underexpression was the most represented in 83.3% (5 out of 6), with statistically significant differences in expression (paired t-test, p < 0.05), Figure 2B.
