When the nude mice were treated with 100 mg/kg bw/day BPAF, the mRNA levels of only GPER1, Fos, and CCND1 were significantly up-regulated, while the gene expression of seven targets, ESR1, MAPK1, MAPK6, JNK, Akt, EBP1, and FKBP1A were significantly down-regulated and the gene expression of the other nine targets had no statistically significant difference relative to SK-BR-3 bearing tumor control.
