When the nude mice were treated with 100 mg/kg bw/day BPAF, the mRNA expression of 11 genes (GPER1, ESR1, EGFR, MAPK3, MAPK6, Akt, Myc, TFF1, PGR, SRF, CCND1) in uterine tissue were significantly up-regulated, while the gene expression of the other eight targets did not present a significant change relative to SK-BR-3 bearing tumor control. Here, TFF1 is linked to neoplasm.
