Since the CD11b+CD11c+BG34-200-AF647+ cells were found in tumors (Figure 3A), these results suggest that these cells might be migratory mo-DCs that were transported from the tumor site to the sentinel draining lymph nodes and resulted in the proliferation of melanoma-specific CD8+ T cells in TdLNs (Figure 5D). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAX and melanoma.
