Evrard et al. stated that for DHL/THL, the most frequently mutated genes were like those reported in DLBCL NOS, especially in GCB-DLBCL, but the percentage of DHL/THL with mutations on eight genes (CREBBP, BCL2, KMT2D, MYC, EZH2, IGLL5, FOXO1 and SOCS1) was significantly higher than that of reported DLBCL, NOS [16]. The gene discussed is KMT2D; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
