In NADIM II patients with potentially resectable stage IIIA-B NSCLC, without Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) or Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK)-driven disease, were randomized to receive carboplatin paclitaxel ± nivolumab up to three cycles in neoadjuvant phase, then nivolumab or placebo for six months after surgery. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
