MBNL1 and prostate carcinoma: This study demonstrated that the group with low expression of MBNL1-AS1 and CDKN1B was less sensitive to chemotherapy compared to Wnt signaling pathway inhibitors, which may suggest that MBNL1-AS1 and CDKN1B can inhibit the stemness of prostate cancer tumor stem cells and thus reduce the occurrence of chemotherapy resistance.
