MBNL1 and neoplasm: Box plots demonstrated significant differences between the low- and high-expression MBNL1-AS1 groups in the activation of tumor-associated immune responses, such as the activation of immune checkpoints, co-stimulation of antigen-presenting cells, cytolytic activity, type I and type 2 interferon responses, inflammation promotion, T-cell co-stimulation and suppression, and the activation of human leukocyte antigens (p-value < 0.001) (Figure S6B).
