Lastly, we interrogated the human protein atlas [37] in order to unravel the relevance of CHRDL1 for patient outcomes and observed that high CHRDL1 expression was associated with worse clinical outcomes in glioma (Figure 8A), while it could also be considered unfavourable in urothelial (Figure 8B) and renal cancer (Figure 8C). Here, CHRDL1 is linked to renal carcinoma.
