As demonstrated in Figure 2, the antitumorigenic immune components of tumor microenvironment are natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells (DC), cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), and M1 tumor-associated macrophages (M1 TAMS) secreting mainly proinflammatory cytokines like IL-1β, IL-1α, IL-6, IFNγ, TNFα etc. [229,230,231].
