The top 20 significantly enriched pathways identified by KEGG pathway enrichment analysis are shown in Figure 4B and include the signaling pathways involved in neurodegenerative pathologies such as Parkinson’s disease, Retrograde endocannabinoid signaling, Lysine degradation, Huntington disease, Alzheimer disease, Long-term depression, as well as Apoptosis, Oxidative phosphorylation, and TNF signaling pathways, which are involved in the regulation of cellular functions and are closely related to each other. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
