The lncRNA–mRNA co-expression network revealed that X0335, X1904, and X7227 were highly correlated with Hmces, Serpinb10, and Tmem256, respectively, while X5965 coordinated with multiple genes, including Micall2, Asns, and others, indicating that the contribution of the 4 lncRNAs to peanut allergy may be through regulating the 11 DEGs. The gene discussed is TMEM256; the disease is peanut allergic reaction.
