As shown in Table 1, when compared with the no-nutritional risk group, the nutritional risk group had a longer diabetes course, older age, lower BMI, lower ABL, higher HbA1c, lower TG, lower Ca, lower 25 (OH) D, lower PTH, lower femoral neck BMD, lower total hip BMD and higher prevalence of osteoporosis. This evidence concerns the gene PTH and osteoporosis.
