Besides lipid metabolism (fatty acid metabolism and bile acid metabolism) and immune processes (interferon gamma response, interferon alpha response, allograft rejection, IL-6 JAK stat3 signaling, inflammatory response and complement), xenobiotic metabolism, fatty acid coagulation, MYC targets v1, mitotic spindle, G2M checkpoint, and E2F targets were also included, indicating the multiple potentials of CD5L in HCC.
