The immune functions and intercellular cross-talk were compared between GS high and low neoplastic cells, and finally, immunofluorescence, clone formation, CCK8, and transwell assays were performed to confirm the roles of ENO1, the key gene of the GS, in affecting M2 microglia polarization and glioblastoma cell malignancy. The gene discussed is ENO1; the disease is glioblastoma.
