The combination of two or more dengue biomarkers such as NS1 with IgM or NS1 with IgM and IgG seem to have improving effect on the overall performance of diagnostic kits from 53.5% to 88.7% (Wang and Sekaran, 2010) and from 60.61% to 90.65% (Sánchez-Vargas et al., 2014), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and dengue disease.
