We analyzed the differences in the levels of exosomes in peripheral blood between patients with ovarian cancer and normal controls, and our data analysis revealed that the contents of the aforementioned genes (YY1, FDX1, DLAT) in peripheral blood exosomes of the cancer patients were significantly higher (Between 1.2 and 1.5 times) than those in the control group (Figures 6A, 6B). The gene discussed is FDX1; the disease is cancer.
