Next-generation sequencing for gene mutation in tumor tissues was performed in 11 patients, and 9 patients had gene mutations positive, including TP53 (5/11), KMT2D (4/11), CD79b (3/11), CCND3 (3/11), CREBBP (2/11), TET2 (2/11), and MYD88 (1/11), as shown in Table 1.
