generated second-generation CSPG4-redirected CAR-Ts using murine-based scFvs and reported target antigen-dependent cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion of these CAR-Ts against glioblastoma, breast cancer, mesothelioma, osteosarcoma, and melanoma CSPG4-expressing cell lines (A1207, MDAMB231, Mill, MgG-63, and mel938, respectively) and glioblastoma stem cells (140). This evidence concerns the gene CSPG4 and breast cancer.
