MET and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Of the 47 patients with MET amplification, 14 had GC (2.9% of total GC patients), 10 (1.4%) had colorectal cancer, 7 (6.3%) had melanoma, 6 (3.8%) had cholangiocellular carcinoma (CCC), 2 each had sarcoma (1.1%); hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (4.3%); pancreatic cancer (1.6%); and non-small cell lung cancer (1.7%), and gallbladder cancer (4.1%).
