It has been demonstrated that circRPMS1 can act as a sponge for miR-203, miR-31, and miR-451 to promote the deletion of E-cadherin and the upregulation of N-cadherin and vimentin in the NPC cell line C666-1 cells, thereby regulating the EMT and invasiveness of NPC cells (106) (Figure 2 and Table 1).
