Multivariable analysis showed that ionized calcium, as either continuous or four categorized variables, was not associated with 90‐day outcome, but the calcium in Q2 was independently associated with ENI (OR 0.502, 95%CI: 0.253‐0.997, p = .049), after adjusting for age, admission NIHSS, AF, albumin, urea, TOAST subtypes, gastrointestinal bleeding, sICH, and OTT.
