The KEGG pathway enrichment results indicated that the major target genes of XFZYD for COPD are mainly enriched in pathways in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, osteoclast differentiation, hepatitis B, HTLV-I infection, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), influenza A, Chagas disease (American trypanosomiasis), T cell receptor signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway (Figure 9(b)). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and cancer.
