In this project, differential expression analysis showed that EXOC3L1 was differentially expressed in most of tumors, and survival analysis showed that EXOC3L1 had an impact on the prognosis of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD). Here, EXOC3L1 is linked to adrenal cortex carcinoma.
