For the purpose of improving survival, we then performed lymphodepletion with CPA before CAR-T therapy and found that only the mice treated with CPA and Nectin4 mCAR-T cells dramatically lessened tumor burden and achieved a complete remission without recurrence for more than 60 days, confirming that CAR-T therapy in combination with chemotherapy may be a promising strategy for malignant solid tumors (Figures 4H, I). This evidence concerns the gene NECTIN4 and neoplasm.
