Angiogenesis could be inhibited by DATS via inactivating AKT and downregulating VEGF and VEGFR2 in HUVECs, reducing the activation of AKT and NF‐κB in prostate cancer, inactivating the Wnt/β‐catenin signal transduction in glioma, and reducing the synthesis of HIF‐1α in breast cancer72, 101, 102, 103, 104 (Figure 2).
