The relationships between SPI1 and the clinicopathological features of patients with ccRCC were explored in our cohort with 183 ccRCC patients from the Department of Urology, The First Medical Center, Chinese PLA General Hospital, Beijing, China, and clinicopathological parameters correlated with SPI1 expression, such as Furman grade, T stage, N stage, and M stage were identified (Fig. 2a).High SPI1 expression level was associated with high Furman grade, T stage, positive nodal status, and metastatic status (Fig. 2b–e). The gene discussed is SPI1; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
