In the multivariate analysis of model 2 using an ESR ≥ 6.8 in addition to conventional variables (model 1: age, PSA level, prostate volume, prostate biopsy history, and PI-RADS score), an ESR ≥ 6.8 was identified as showing an increased OR for predicting clinically significant prostate cancer (Table 3).
