Interestingly, the CIN-specific response (CH-3023) had similar levels of accessibility in exhaustion (e.g., TOX, CTLA4, ENTPD1), activation (CD38), and effector memory genes (EOMES, CD27) as the high IFN-γ responses in CH-THDS and CH-HOKD, despite the reduced gene and protein expression profiles corresponding to these loci (Fig. 6c).
