Most importantly, 5 genes were found to be associated with all of the most highly enriched GO terms and KEGG pathways: WNT5A, WNT6, WNT11, WNT5B and LAMA1 (Fig. 8B), which suggested that WNTs may be essential targets of ATBF1 and may contribute to breast cancer tumorigenesis. This evidence concerns the gene WNT5B and breast cancer.
