WNT6 and breast cancer: Most importantly, 5 genes were found to be associated with all of the most highly enriched GO terms and KEGG pathways: WNT5A, WNT6, WNT11, WNT5B and LAMA1 (Fig. 8B), which suggested that WNTs may be essential targets of ATBF1 and may contribute to breast cancer tumorigenesis.
