Additionally, other seven A-to-I non-synonymous editing sites have been shown to be significantly associated with certain type of cancer, but has not been functionally characterized, including A192G in SRP9, A6877G in FLNB, A1903G in COG3, A1096G in ZNF669, A712G and A646G in METTL10 and A175G in PPIL3 [29, 33–35].
