IL6 and COVID-19: We hypothesised that there are multiple (immune)phenotypes of humoral [2, 9], lymphocyte [3–5, 11–17] and inflammatory [1, 3, 5, 8, 13] immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 that differ in their relationship to outcome trajectories of COVID-19 and that unsupervised data-driven techniques may help identify such immunophenotype patterns by determinants of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 anti-spike 1, quantitative lymphocyte subsets and IL-6 levels.
