Examining LY6D levels across all major cancers, we noted high levels in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) (Fig. 6a). The gene discussed is LY6D; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
