We report blood biomarkers at a second time-point in a small subset, as well as exploratory results for PsA, which can be considered a proxy for a higher chronic inflammatory state; however, there was high missingness for markers at the time of scan and serum levels of proinflammatory cytokines involved in psoriasis pathogenesis, such as IL-17, are not measured in the UK Biobank. The gene discussed is IL17A; the disease is psoriasis.
