The results showed that preoperative albumin level (OR = 0.77, 95% CI: 0.70–0.85, P < 0.001), hypertension (OR = 2.39, 95% CI: 1.24–4.61, P = 0.010), PNI (OR = 0.78, 95% CI: 0.72–0.85, P < 0.001), CCI (OR = 2.02, 95% CI: 1.49–2.75, P < 0.001), estimated blood loss (OR = 1.00, 95% CI: 1.00–1.01, P = 0.097), and dissected lymph node numbers (OR = 0.94, 95% CI: 0.90–0.98, P = 0.009) were associated with postoperative complications (Table 3).
