Consistent with other AML studies, the most common mutations were DNMT3A (18.2%), TET2 (17.8%), IDH2 (13.3%), ASXL1 (11.1%), FLT3 (7.1% ITD and 3.6% TKD), NPM1 (9.8%), and IDH1 (9.3%). Here, TET2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
