Although selinexor is approved for use in patients with ≥1 prior therapy in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone, to better understand the effect of X‐containing regimens in patients with heavily pretreated MM, particularly in those previously treated with anti‐BCMA agents not limited to CAR‐T, we evaluated the responses to therapy with selinexor post‐anti‐BCMA therapy in the selinexor and backbone treatments of multiple myeloma patients (STOMPs) study. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF17 and Miyoshi myopathy.
