Our results showed that in six pairs of HNSCC tissues, the expression level of CDKN2A-DT and AC010628.2 was downregulated in tumor tissue samples than in normal tissue samples, and the expression level of THAP9-AS1, GCC2-AS1, and AC91982.3 was upregulated in tumor samples (Figures 10A–E). Here, THAP9 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
