We found statistically-significant signals for anti-VEGF drugs in the visual system for ranibizumab (macular ischaemia, RPE tear), aflibercept (intraocular pressure increased, endophthalmitis), and brolucizumab (retinal vasculitis and/or retinal vascular occlusion, dry eye). The gene discussed is VEGFA; the disease is retinal vein occlusion.
