We determined a total of 16+ (4) T-cell lymphoma-related markers, including lineage markers (CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8); NK lineage markers (CD16, CD56); follicular-derived markers CD10; T-cell activation markers CD30, CD38 and HLA-DR; terminal differentiation markers CD57; immune checkpoint PD-1; Ki-67 for judging tumor malignant proliferation ability; and judging T-cell clonal Marker TRBC1. This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and neoplasm.
