From the analysis results, the high expression of GINS2 is associated with poor prognosis in ACC (HR = 1.07, P < 0.0001), KICH (HR = 1.35, P = 0.027), KIRC (HR = 1.05, P = 0.017), KIRP (HR = 1.11, P < 0.0001), LGG (HR = 1.03, P < 0.0001), LIHC (HR = 1.04, P = 0.00027), MESO (HR = 1.08, P < 0.0001), PAAD (HR = 1.05, P = 0.02), PRAD (HR = 1.11, P = 0.0018), SARC (HR = 1.02, P = 0.0016), and SKCM (HR = 1.01, P = 0.00031). This evidence concerns the gene GINS2 and adrenal cortex carcinoma.
