In this study, we reported for the first time the multiomics analysis of TUBA1C in pan-cancer, and we found that the high expression of TUBA1C is associated with poor prognosis in most tumour patients, and its expression level and mutation also affect the prognosis of patients, and whether TUBA1C is highly expressed can be used to search the dominant groups for immunotherapy. Here, TUBA1C is linked to neoplasm.
