The infiltration levels of CD8 T cells and CD4 T cells were used to divide the patients into two groups, respectively (high immune cell infiltration group and low immune cell infiltration group), and it was found that a lot of IC-lncRNAs co-regulating the T-cell functions are differentially expressed in majority of cancer types (Fig. 4h, two-sided fisher’s exact test).
