MYC and neoplasm: The results showed that the replication level of ALV-J in the tumors was significantly higher than that in the tumor-adjacent tissues, suggesting that the high expression of chTERT in the tumor tissues promoted the replication of ALV-J, which was also regulated by the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway [14, 34]; moreover, the replication of ALV-J can upregulate the expression level of c-Myc, so chTERT can also promote the expression of c-Myc and then promote the occurrence and development of tumors.
