Our analysis of tumor samples from the Beat AML study found that expression of the imprinted genes SGK2, L3MBTL1, NNAT, and GNAS and of the non-imprinted gene ZNF217 at 20q11-q13.32 was weakly or modestly associated with response, predominantly resistance, to multiple antitumor agents that were also associated with copy number of genes at 20q11-q13.32 in our pancancer cell line analysis. This evidence concerns the gene NNAT and acute myeloid leukemia.
