Then we analyzed their protein levels in breast cancer by querying the proteomic expression profiles from CPTAC, as shown in Figure 1C, the medians of PUS1and DKC1 were significantly higher in primary tumors than those in normal tissues(PUS1, P <0.0001; DKC1, P <0.0001) while PUS7 and TRUB2 showed the contradictive trends with their mRNA expressions in BRCA. Here, PUS1 is linked to breast cancer.
