According to KEGG pathway analysis, the most enriched pathways of ADGRD1 and associated immune-related genes in NSCLC were “cytokine−cytokine receptor interaction,” “hematopoietic cell lineage,” and “phagosome.” The findings imply that these genes possibly have critical effects on NSCLC cancer pathogenesis, progression, and tumor therapy through revealing tumor molecular life processes via these pathways. This evidence concerns the gene ADGRD1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
