It was suggested that heat shock 70 kDa protein 7 (HSPA7) could be a possible prognostic risk factor for patients with GBM according to the analysis of GBM m6A sequencing data, and the results revealed that HSPA7 could upregulate yes‐associated protein 1 (YAP1) and lysyl oxidase (LOX) expression in GBM stem cells, thus promoting the recruitment of macrophages into the tumour microenvironment. This evidence concerns the gene LOX and glioblastoma.
