Memory B cells, naive CD4 T cells, resting memor CD4 T cells, resting NK cells, monocytes, M2 macrophages, resting mast cells, activated mast cells and eosinophils infiltrated at higher levels in HCC patients with higher ACP6 expression while naive B cells, CD8 T cells, M1 macrophages and resting dendritic cells were found have a higher proportion in HCC patients with lower ACP6 expression (p < 0.05) (Table 2).
