Specific distribution of ACP6 expression in certain clusters of liver-resident immune cells tuned with the analysis results from CIBERSORT methods, from which we speculated that ACP6 expression in HCC might be intervened by some components of tumor microenvironment in HCC; alternatively, the abnormal expression of ACP6 in HCC might affect immune cells such as memory B cells, naive CD4 T cells, resting memory CD4 T cells and resting NK cells, thus reshaping the tumor microenvironment of HCC. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
