HNRNPA2B1 and AL amyloidosis: We next analyzed the association of hnRNPA2B1 and other m6A modification proteins with myeloma disease using dataset from Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) coMMpass study IA15, and found that patients with high levels of hnRNPA2B1 in myeloma cells displayed shorter overall survival or progression free survival than those with low expression (Figure 1G and Figure S1C).
