HNRNPA2B1 and plasma cell myeloma: To examine the functional role of hnRNPA2B1 in tumor growth and bone lesions, we knocked down its expression in RPMI8226 myeloma cells using small hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) against human hnRNPA2B1 and over expressed hnRNPA2B1 complementary DNA (cDNA; A2B1) in MM.1S myeloma cells (Figure S2A).
