The frequency of alleles concurred with data on genotype where rs2300747A and rs12044852C in CD58 (OR=0.44 (0.26; 0.76), p=0.005, OR=1.94 (1.12; 3.34), p=0.02, respectively), and rs929230G in CD6 gene (OR=2.14 (1.42; 3.23), p=0.0003) were more often found in MS as compared to controls (Figure 1B). Here, CD58 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
