The results showed that the upper limit of confidence intervals was approaching 1.00, so we cannot exclude the low methylation levels on the two CpG sites might act as risk factors in adolescents with persistent DS (FKBP5-12 CpG 1: OR = 0.79; 95% CI, 0.62-1.00; P = 0.053; FKBP5-47 CpG 36: OR = 0.95; 95% CI, 0.91-1.00; P = 0.049). This evidence concerns the gene FKBP5 and Dravet syndrome.
